This cold storage speculative warehouse in Mount Laurel was designed to provide an energy-efficient solution for modern cold chain logistics. The facility features a large freezer capable of reaching temperatures as low as -10°F and is zoned for four separate temperature areas. The building achieved LEED Gold certification and operates as an all-electric facility.
2 Foster Lane
2 Foster Lane is a 54,103-square-foot warehouse with 3,000 square feet of office space, delivered as a ground-up, build-to-suit for the client, Bluesky. The facility was designed in close collaboration with the tenant to align with their specific operational requirements. The center provided Bluesky with a modern, purpose-built facility tailored to support long-term efficiency and growth.
3601 Island Ave
This project involves a 47,972 SF freezer addition for Ocean Kingdom, a company that specializes in seafood distribution. Greek has been appointed as the design-builder for this project, assuming responsibility for the design, entitlements, and construction phases of the expansion. This site also poses logistical challenges due to its small size. Greek is taking a comprehensive approach.
600 Linden Logistics Way
As the largest building at Linden Logistics Center, 600 Linden Logistics Way is an 840,212 SF Class A warehouse. This building is distinguished as the largest Peloton center globally, making it a flagship facility for the company. It commenced construction in Q3 of 2019 and was successfully completed in Q2 of 2021, signifying the successful execution of the project within the anticipated timeline.
