Greek entered into a design-build contract to construct this 451,800 SF building on a speculative basis. After signing a lease with Cascades, Inc., the project quickly transitioned from a core and shell warehouse to a state-of-the-art corrugated containerboard manufacturing facility and Cascades regional office headquarters. The interior fit-out included extensive upgrades, some of which include 10,000 SF of support office/equipment storage, a 600-foot enclosed rail loading platform, 2,000 linear feet of automated material handling transfer car tracks, 700 linear foot pedestrian catwalk, and many other upgrades to support the manufacturing processes of the tenant.
