169 Lackawanna Avenue is currently under construction. The project involves the demolition of an existing office building and the development of a 271,198 SF speculative warehouse. The new facility will feature 39 dock doors, 2 drive-in ramps, 144 car parking spaces, and a spec office. This site is unique due to the presence of subsurface rock and boulders. To address these conditions, Greek will implement a non-traditional order of operations. The slab will be installed prior to the erection of the precast concrete wall panels in order to mitigate the risk of rock refusal.
