2 Foster Lane is a 54,103-square-foot manufacturing facility with 3,000 square feet of office space in Raritan Township (Flemington), New Jersey, delivered by Greek Design|Build as a ground-up, build-to-suit project for Bluesky. Completed in 2026, the building was designed in close collaboration with the tenant: the 32-foot clear height, 50-foot by 52-foot column bays, six loading docks, and 800-amp electrical service were each matched to Bluesky’s manufacturing operations. Bulk material handling is supported by two stainless steel storage silos and a dedicated tanker unloading annex adjacent to the dock apron.
The site sits in Hunterdon County along the Route 202/31 corridor, positioning Bluesky to serve Central New Jersey and the Lehigh Valley.
