This 110,000-square-foot building addition was constructed to support the continued growth of Prince of Peace and expand its operational capacity. The additional space allows the tenant to better accommodate increasing production and distribution needs while positioning the facility for long-term growth.
One of the primary challenges of the project was the tight site. With limited room for staging and construction access, the team had to carefully plan each phase of work to keep the site functional and operations running smoothly. Sequencing and coordination were critical throughout the build.
Through hands-on management and close collaboration with the owner and trade partners, Greek Design|Build successfully delivered an expansion that meets Prince of Peace’s operational goals while navigating the logistical constraints of the property.
