Construction is officially underway on this tenant fit-out for Colavita USA, increasing the warehouse clear height from 22’ to 28’ by raising the roof. The project includes a new lobby, nearly 9,000 SF of office space, locker rooms and bathrooms, a temperature-controlled space and an upgraded production area designed to support long-term operations. The work goes beyond the building itself, with railroad improvements bringing the existing rail line back into service, plus a new canopy and storefront. An underutilized asset is being transformed into a modern, high-functioning facility built to perform.
