This project involved the construction of a 60,000 SF class A facility for PharMEDium, a pharmaceutical firm specializing in assembling and delivering compounded sterile preparations. Needing to modernize their existing facility to keep up with increasing demand and regulatory standards, they turned to Greek to guide them through the process of a customized build. The resulting facility is a highly specialized, fully air-conditioned, and fully secure facility that includes offices, pharmaceutical production and quality control rooms, laboratories, and a warehouse.
