Greek successfully assisted Elberon in structuring this complicated project. This involved temporarily relocating Wakefern to an alternate site while assembling 50 contiguous acres, demolishing the existing buildings, redeveloping the site, and then returning the tenant to its original location in a new Class A 524,000 SF distribution center with 36 SF clear ceiling height, 4,000 Amp. 480 Volt 3-phase electrical service, 45 Mil reinforced white PVC roof membrane with R=20 insulation, and 190 fully dressed loading dock packages with continuous dock pits, hydraulic vertical dock levelers, motorized doors, seals, and locks.
