600 Linden Logistics Way is a completed 840,203-square-foot Class A warehouse within the Linden Logistics Center in Linden, New Jersey, the largest building at the campus, developed by Greek Real Estate Partners with Advance Realty Investors and PGIM Real Estate. Positioned on the waterfront facing the Arthur Kill, the building broke ground in the third quarter of 2019 and was delivered on schedule in the second quarter of 2021. It offers 40-foot clear ceiling heights, multiple cross-docked loading positions, drive-in doors and ample trailer and car parking. Peloton Interactive leased the building in the third quarter of 2021, establishing what was then the company’s largest distribution facility globally; tenant improvements delivered by Greek Design|Build included dock receptacles, nearly 100 forklift battery charging stations and multiple office spaces.
The building carries particular significance within the brownfield redevelopment of the 350-acre Linden Logistics Center site. A rigid inclusion ground improvement system was implemented to mitigate settlement, and a passive vapor mitigation system was incorporated into the construction to address environmental conditions on the property. In December 2021, the building anchored a $235 million permanent financing from Northwestern Mutual covering the campus’s first phase, more than 1.32 million square feet across 600 Linden Logistics Way and the neighboring World Distribution Services building, arranged by Cushman & Wakefield.
