200 Crossroads Blvd is a 190,000-square-foot build-to-suit distribution facility that Greek Design|Build is delivering for Brighton Best International at Logan North Industrial Park in Logan Township, Gloucester County, New Jersey. Greek Design|Build is overseeing ground-up construction of the facility along with the interior fit-out tailored to Brighton Best’s distribution operations. The project follows a $23.5 million land sale at the site, closed in March 2026 by Greek Real Estate Partners with Advance Realty Investors and Torchlight Investors, paired with an executed build-to-suit agreement; the assignment demonstrates the integrated development platform connecting Greek’s ownership and construction capabilities.
Founded in 1925 and headquartered in Taiwan, Brighton Best International supplies fasteners, screws and bolts exclusively to distributors, serving more than 7,000 distributors worldwide from 31 locations across six countries. The company selected Logan Township for its infrastructure, accessibility and long-term growth potential after evaluating multiple locations in the region. Positioned along Route 322 just north of Interstate 295, approximately 14 miles from Philadelphia International Airport and about 20 miles from the Ports of Philadelphia and Wilmington, the completed facility will strengthen Brighton Best’s East Coast distribution operations within the master-planned, 3.2 million-square-foot Logan North Industrial Park.
