This expansive lot offers a spacious capacity to cater to a wide range of storage needs.

This project involved the construction of a specialty cold storage pharmaceutical facility commissioned to FDA standards for blood plasma. Kedrion Bio-Pharma is an international company that selected Greek Design Build to design and construct a multiple-compartment storage facility with temperatures ranging from -30°C to 22°C as well as positive pressure plasma control rooms.

Greek has completed 301 Crossroads Blvd at Logan North, a 274,524-square-foot Class A industrial facility. The building is partially leased to Aramsco Inc., a major distributor of disaster recovery and specialty trade supplies, with additional space available for lease to support broader logistics demand in the region.

This development project proposes the construction of an expansive 840,000 SF Class A warehouse facility. One distinctive aspect of this project is the inclusion of van parking, allowing for a vast parking area catering to businesses that require such accommodations for their operations. The construction process for this project involves significant earthwork.

501 Crossroads Blvd, located within the Logan North Industrial Park, is poised to be another successful addition to Greek’s high-quality master-planned business parks. This new Class-A facility is proposed to be 475,000 SF, offering an expansive and modern space for businesses to thrive.
