The project involved a comprehensive fit-out of a 47,045 SF space to create a pharmaceutical laboratory, complete with a mezzanine. The primary objective was to establish a facility that would support the acquisition, licensing, development, marketing, sale, and distribution of generic pharmaceutical products.

This 150,000 SF 32’ clear height tilt-wall building is serving as a logistics hub for Raritan Pharmaceuticals’ East Brunswick operations. As Raritan Pharmaceuticals’ company continued to expand, they turned to their longtime partner and existing landlord, Greek, to acquire land and develop a Class A warehouse facility near their current operations at 8 Joanna Court in East Brunswick, NJ.

Built in 2016 as a two-building industrial park in Franklin Township, NJ, Veronica Crossings serves as a suburban location for light manufacturing, research, warehousing, and distribution in the Somerset area. 23 Roosevelt Avenue is a modern, 86,400 SF Class A flex-space warehouse. This building contains multiple suites that can be divided as needed to meet tenant requirements.
